Partzile SmartSchool Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy governs the proper use of Partzile SmartSchool. All users must comply with this policy, which forms part of the Partzile SmartSchool Terms of Service.

2. Lawful Use

Users may only use the Platform for lawful educational and administrative activities.

3. Prohibited Activities

Security Violations

Attempt unauthorized access
Circumvent authentication controls
Probe or scan vulnerabilities
Introduce malware
Interfere with system operations

Intellectual Property Violations

Copy software
Reverse engineer software
Decompile code
Redistribute software

Fraudulent or Harmful Activities

Falsify academic records, grades or attendance
Manipulate fee records or receipts
Impersonate a student, parent, teacher or administrator
Upload content that harms, endangers, exploits, or shames a child
Upload discriminatory, abusive or defamatory content

Communication Abuse

Send unsolicited bulk messages unrelated to school activities
Harvest parent or guardian contact information
Use the Platform for phishing or scams
Send political, religious or commercial spam to school communities

4. User Accounts

Maintain strong passwords
Keep credentials confidential
Log out from shared devices
Report unauthorized access

5. Monitoring

Partzile may monitor system activity for security, performance, compliance, and safeguarding. Monitoring may include audit logs and usage records.

6. Enforcement

Warning notices
Feature restrictions
Account suspension
Account termination
Removal of content
Reporting to relevant authorities where required by law

without prior notice where necessary.

7. Reporting Violations

8. Amendments

Partzile may amend this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
