This Privacy Policy explains how Partzile (Pvt) Ltd ("Partzile", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, protects, and discloses information when you access or use Partzile SmartSchool and related services.

By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy forms part of the Partzile SmartSchool Terms of Service.

2. Data Controller and Processor

For student, parent, guardian and staff data entered into the Platform by a School, the School is the data controller and Partzile is the data processor acting on the School's instructions.

For account, billing and usage data of registered users, Partzile is the data controller.

• Registration and tax numbers

• Addresses and GPS locations

User Information

• Full names
• Email addresses
• Mobile numbers
• User roles
• Login credentials (encrypted)
• Profile photos

Student and Guardian Information

• Attendance and discipline records
• Health, clinic and boarding records where captured

• Email, SMS and in-app messages sent through the Platform

5. Children's Data

The Platform processes personal data of learners on behalf of the School. The School is responsible for obtaining any required consents from parents or guardians and for setting the lawful basis for processing. Partzile applies additional safeguards for records identified as belonging to minors and restricts marketing use of such data.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell School, student or guardian data.

Information may be stored or processed in data centres located outside Zimbabwe. By using the Platform, users and Schools consent to such transfers.
